GB CL AFP is a high-sensitivity quantitative CL assay for Alpha-fetoprotein in serum/plasma. Supports detection of HCC and germ cell tumors with rapid 10-minute testing.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This reagent is an in vitro diagnostic quantitative assay using a sandwich chemiluminescent immunoassay (CL) to measure Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in human serum or plasma. It requires only 5 µL sample and delivers results in about 10 minutes. The limit of quantification (LoQ) is 1.6 ng/mL. Stored at 2-8°C; avoid direct sunlight and do not freeze. Suitable for detection and monitoring of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and germ cell tumors.
